• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 現代の日本は，内閣府の後押しなどにより従来型のメンバーシップ雇用から欧米で主流であるジョブ型雇用へと遷移する過渡期に位置している．社内教育で会社が社員を育てるという既存の型が変化していく中で，全社員向けの指導から指導効果の高い特定の重点指導対象者を選定する必要性に迫られていると考えられる．そこで従来はナレッジマネジメントツールが活用され，そこで登録されているスキル情報を元に指導対象者を選定していたが，スキルを社外から募るというジョブ型との相性は良くなく，真に重点的に指導するべき社員かが分からずにいた．本研究では考え方によって重点指導対象者を選定できないかと考えた．JA は GAP 普及に急いでおり，JA と農家の構図が会社と社員という構図と合致していたため UX デザインと多変量解析を用いた提案手法を当てはめ，農家の中から重点指導するべき農家の抽出を試みている．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Today, Japan is in a transitional stage of moving from traditional membership employment to job-based employment, which is the mainstream in Europe and the U.S., encouraged by the Cabinet Office and other factors. As the existing model in which companies nurture employees through in-house training is changing, it is thought that there is a pressing need to move away from instruction for all employees to the selection of specific priority instruction targets with high instructional effectiveness. However, this method is not compatible with the job type, in which skills are solicited from outside the company, and it is difficult to determine which employees truly need focused instruction. In this study, we considered whether it would be possible to select the priority guidance targets based on a new way of thinking. JA is in a hurry to spread GAP, and the composition of JA and farmers is consistent with that of a company and its employees.
