report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2758-8262","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"生活習慣病は，死に至るケースも存在するため，注意が必要な病気である．しかし，自覚症状が見られないことから，生活習慣病の予防や改善に取り組む人は少ない．そのため，生活習慣病の予防を目的としたモチベーション向上システムが多数開発されており，そこで用いられている手法の 1 つに「チーム競争」がある．これは，チームで互いに影響しあうことを利用し，継続に繋げる手法である．しかし，既存の競争システムの問題点として，競争相手との実力差が大きすぎる場合に，自己効力感の低下を招いてしまうことや，集団でいることで社会的手抜きが発生してしまうことがあげられ，その部分の考慮は行われていない．そこで本論文では，チーム競争における心理学的影響の考慮を行うことで，自己効力感の低下を防ぎ，生活習慣改善のモチベーション向上維持を目指した．具体的には，「小さい池の大魚効果」「社会的手抜きの外的要因の考慮」「励ます言葉」の 3
