We design mechanisms to collect user data that can be disclosed with their consent, and create systems to share user information across regions with privacy considerations, enabling mutual data integration across multiple regions. This inter-regional data sharing, conducted under privacy protection constraints, aims to address regional challenges, such as promoting tourism.},
