However, existing notification systems rely on wired communication networks, and there is a risk of cable damage or disconnection by disaster. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a nationwide wireless mesh network dedicated to disaster communication to avoid such disconnection risks. To this end, we proposed a method for generating a notification route that satisfies fault tolerance and low latency, aiming to construct a wireless mesh network by disaster prevention facilities in buildings. By the proposed method, we can detect all cycles in the wireless mesh network, thereby ensuring two completely non-overlapping routes connecting the primary responder and the source of the disaster notification.
