| 内容記述 | 近年，災害ボランティアの現場でコミュニケーション不足が課題となっている．災害ボランティアとは大規模災害が発生した際にボランティアセンター(以下「VC」と称する)等を通じて被災地で行うボランティアのことである．この活動はボランティアと被災者，VC とボランティア間のコミュニケーションが非常に重要であり，コミュニケーション不足によるトラブルが起こることもある．本研究では VC の作業フロー別のコミュニケーションをモデル化し，それをもとに活動の作業フローの中で，災害発生初期でまだ不慣れなため，どんなコミュニケーションが重要になるのか分からないボランティアや VC のスタッフを中心にそれらを補助するシステムを提案する． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, a lack of communication has become an issue in the field of disaster volunteers. Disaster volunteers are volunteers who work in disaster-affected areas through volunteer center (hereafter referred to as ‘VC') when a large-scale disaster occurs. Communication between volunteers and disaster victims, and between VC and volunteers, is extremely important in this activity, and problems can occur due to a lack of communication. In this study, we modelled the communication in each workflow of VC and proposed a system to assist volunteers and VC staff who do not know what kind of communication is important because they are still unfamiliar with them in the early stages of a disaster. | |||||||||
