the international framework of OpenRoaming, a secure and open public Wi-Fi roaming network, we propose a system that ensures user information is shared in a pseudonymous manner to the Wi-Fi access network provider at the visiting location, with the user's consent, facilitating interregional data integration. We design mechanisms to collect user data that can be disclosed with their consent, and create systems to share user information across regions with privacy considerations, enabling mutual data integration across multiple regions.
