The aim is to improve skills by repeatedly experiencing these systems, but the participants may memorize the content of the scenarios they experience. Memorizing the content of training scenarios leads to a state of knowing the location and content of the next customer service task, and it is anticipated that customer service training will not be conducted by the original purpose of the training. In this study, we propose a method for automatically generating scenarios to be used in a customer service training VR system to prevent training effects from being reduced due to memorization and familiarity with training scenarios. The proposed method generates scenarios for training scenarios that include situations in which two customer service tasks occur simultaneously, such as “taking orders” and “serving food,” by randomly changing the number of customer service tasks that occur, their contents, and the timing at which the tasks occur. This paper shows the number of scenario patterns that can be generated using this method. We also conducted an evaluation experiment to compare the quality of scenarios created by our method with scenarios designed by humans.
