Fiveは，質問紙やインタビューを通じて取得するのが一般的であるが，対象とするサービスの全ユーザから取得するには，ユーザやサービス提供者に多大なコストがかかり困難である．そのため本研究では，スマートフォンから取得可能な利用履歴を用いて，Big Fiveを推定する手法を提案する．本研究では，7,464人を対象として，スマートフォンの利用履歴とBig Fiveに関するデータを収集し，Big Fiveの分布および年齢や性差などの分析を行い，Big Fiveの各因子の得点を推定する機械学習モデルを構築した．結果として，Big the utilization of personal data has been progressing, there are still issues that need to be resolved with regard to initiatives considering users' personalities. Big Five personality traits, which are widely used as one of the personalities, are generally obtained through questionnaires or interviews; however, it is costly for users and service providers to obtain the Big Five from all users of the target services. Therefore, we propose methods to estimate the Big Five by using the usage histories that can be obtained from smartphones. We collected the usage histories of smartphones and the questionnaires about Big Five for 7,464 subjects, analyzed the distribution of the Big Five as well as age and gender differences, and constructed a machine learning models to predict the scores of each factor of the Big Five.
