We developed this system to obtain people flow data from attendees at open campus events held at Meisei University. The system primarily consists of two modules: the RFID tag scanning hardware and the data store using Google Apps Script. We tested our system with approximately 50 IoT devices equipped with RFID readers during actual open campus events, and it successfully read the RIFD tag attached to each attendee's name tag and stored the corresponding data for more than 1,000 attendees., This paper introduces our people flow tracking system equipped with IoT devices and radio frequency identification(RFID) tags/readers.
