However, initiating proactive behaviors that yield significant early improvements can be challenging, leading many to begin with easily achievable actions. Unfortunately, these easier actions often have smaller effects, creating a gap between user expectations and actual results. This discrepancy can lead to disengagement from the mental health improvement process. To address this gap, this research aims to develop a novel method that predicts personalized behavior and mental health changes over time, presenting them to the user as a long-term plan.
