However, it is difficult to identify the needs of home evacuees, and support for home evacuees is inadequate because evacuees in shelters tend to be prioritized. To address this issue, this study proposes a fair distribution system of relief goods that matches home evacuees with support companies. In the proposed system, a point system will be introduced in which evacuees will be given points based on their family composition and the degree of disaster, and they will be able to select the supplies they need on their own. In addition, companies will set priorities for the recipients and apply the Gale-Shapley theory of stable matching to achieve a fair distribution of goods between evacuees and supporting companies.
