は,チームメンバーによるキャラクターの共同作成と,雑談量に応じたキャラクターの成長という仕組みにより,各チームメンバーの雑談への参加を促すことを目指す.キャラクターの作成と育成が持つ雑談に対する潜在能力を検証するため,GrowChat を用いて,キャラクターの育成のみを行う場合と,キャラクターの作成と育成を行う場合を比較し,雑談参加への効果と心理的効果の可能性を探索した.実験結果に基づき,本研究ではオンライン環境におけるチームのキャラクターの作成と育成がチームの雑談促進と心理状況に及ぼす影響を議論し,今後の研究に向けた知見を示す.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Informal communication is known to enhance team productivity and creativity. However, it has been reported that opportunities for informal communication have significantly decreased in online environments. To address this issue, this study developed a system called \"GrowChat,\" which utilizes gamification by allowing teams to collaboratively create and raise a character to promote informal communication in online environments. GrowChat aims to encourage team members to participate in informal communication through a mechanism of collaborative character creation and character growth based on the volume of informal communication. To examine the potential of character creation and raising in promoting informal communication, this study conducted experiments using GrowChat to compare two scenarios: one involving character raising only, and the other involving both character creation and raising. The study explored the effects of these approaches on informal communication participation and their psychological impact.
