• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 公共空間にAIカメラを設置し，映像の撮影だけでなく，振舞い検知や人流解析等の活用を行う事例が増加している．AIカメラを公共空間に設置する場合，意図しない映り込みが生じうることから，事前周知等の生活者に向けた配慮，導入に係る合意形成が求められている．自治体が公共空間にAIカメラを設置する場合には，本格導入に先立って実証実験を行っている事例も少なくない．そこで，本稿では，自治体による実証実験を対象として，生活者に向けた働きかけの状況を調査，検討する．一連の検討により，調査対象事例においては，生活者に向けた働きかけの不備による事業の停止や変更に至るような社会的問題が発生していないことが確認された．加えて，本格導入等の規模の拡大に向けては，改善することが望ましい事柄が存在することを明らかにし，生活者の理解，受容を得ながら取組みを推進していくための解決策として，生活者が取組みの内容やメリットを知り，地域でのコンセンサス形成を促進するための提言を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper analyzes municipal pilot studies using AI cameras in public spaces, not only for video recording but also for behavior detection and people flow analysis. It addresses the issue of residents unintentionally appearing in recordings, emphasizing the need for targeted communication with residents and consensus-building. The analysis confirms that no social issues arose from inadequate resident engagement in the cases studied. However, it identifies areas needing improvement for full-scale implementation. To promote initiatives with community understanding and acceptance, the paper proposes solutions for informing residents about the details and benefits of the initiatives and fostering consensus.
