COVID-19 肺野セグメンテーション用 FCN は,COVID-19 の診断において重要な肺野の正常領域と異常陰影領域を高い精度で判別することを可能にした.一方で,学習に非常に長い時間がかかる課題がある.本研究では,肺 CT 画像をセグメンテーションするプログラムを対象に,GPU を搭載したスーパーコンピュータ「不老」を用いて,分散深層学習など複数の高速化手法を適用し性能評価を行った.性能評価の結果,複数 GPU による分散学習では,1GPU 実行と比べて 6.14 倍の高速化を達成した.また,混合精度演算による実行時間の最適化では,1GPU 実行と比べて 15.43
