These programs have been justified based on international trends advocating for diversity. In this study, a preliminary investigation was conducted on gender-specific education programs, focusing on cases in the United States. The results indicate that in the U.S., such gender-specific programs are often viewed as discriminatory and have faced legal challenges as civil rights violations, leading to a decline in their implementation as of 2024.
