• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究は，日本の国会会議録を対象とした計量テキスト分析により，ESG投資およびサステナブルファイナンスに関する議論の量的推移，主なトピックやその変容を明らかにするものである．分析の結果，ESGに関する議論は8つの主なトピックに分類され，代表的トピックが国際規範や民間資金活用から，再エネや原発再稼働をはじめとしたエネルギー政策へと移行し，その後，地域における脱炭素，民間資金や政府支援の活用等へと移り変わる様子が確認された．共起ネットワーク分析でも同様の経時的変化が見られたとともに，各期の特徴語から周辺関心領域の変遷が浮き彫りとなった．政党間の比較からは，与党と野党では関心の所在や課題認識に一定の相違があることが示された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This study applies quantitative text analysis to the Minutes of the Diet in Japan to elucidate trends, key topics, and shifts in discussions surrounding ESG investment and sustainable finance. The analysis identified eight primary topics in ESG-related discussions. Moreover, the analysis observed a transition in prominent discussion topics within the Diet, shifting from international norms and private sector financing to energy policies—such as renewable energy and nuclear power plant reactivation—and subsequently moving toward regional decarbonization efforts, private finance, and government support. Co-occurrence network analysis similarly demonstrated chronological shifts, highlighting changing areas of interest among speakers based on distinctive terms over time. A comparison of statements from each political party revealed differences in areas of interest and issue perception between the ruling and opposition parties.
