Among these, the Tenpō cadastral record still exists in its entirety and has been digitized and made available online by the National Archives of Japan. Through the citizen-participatory historical document transcription platform 'Minna de Honkoku,' the authors fully transcribed all 85 volumes (8,689 images) of the Tenpō cadastral record and used the 'Japan Historical Place Name Corpus' dataset to add latitude and longitude information for each village, transforming it into a geographic dataset. This has made it possible to understand the production levels of villages nationwide during the Tenpō era.
