| 内容記述 | Phylogenetic trees are graphical representations of evolutionary relationships. Traditional distance metrics often focus on tree topology or branch lengths, neglecting the dynamic nature of biological systems. This paper introduces a novel approach using Petri nets to model phylogenetic trees as dynamic systems. By converting phylogenetic trees into weighted coloured Petri nets, we can simulate evolutionary processes and calculate distances based on the shortest paths between species. This method offers a more comprehensive and accurate assessment of phylogenetic relationships, capturing complex evolutionary dynamics not addressed by traditional methods. | |||||||||
