スクール構想により，全国の小中学校でインターネット接続が整備されているが，多くの学校において帯域不足が問題となっている．この解決策として，サイトマルチホームやローカルブレークアウトがあるが，複数のISPを適切に選択した上で通信を分散することは難しい．IPv6におけるサイトマルチホームではマルチプレフィックス方式が推奨されているが，送信元アドレス選択とデフォルトルータ選択の不一致などの問題があり，エンドホストの設定変更が必要となるため普及は望めない．本研究では，NPTv6対応のルータを用いたIPv6サイトマルチホームに注目し，Router GIGA School Program provides Internet access to elementary and junior high schools across Japan. However, many schools experience bandwidth shortages. Site-multihoming and Local Break Out (LBO) are potential solutions to this problem, but it is challenging to distribute traffic across multiple ISPs with appropriate selection. In IPv6 site-multihoming, a multi-prefix environment is recommended, but it is not widely used due to several issues, such as a mismatch between source address and default router selections, which require end hosts to modify their configurations to resolve. In this study, we focus on IPv6 site-multihoming using NPTv6-compliant routers and propose a method to control user traffic without requiring changes in end hosts by coordinating IPv6 routers that send Router Advertisements and a LAN controller.
