paper"}]},"item_18_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年，フィッシング攻撃によるクレジットカード情報の窃取および不正利用被害は増加している．窃取されたクレジットカード情報は主にSNSを介して売買されており，これを抑止するための方法として，売買に関与する犯罪グループをモニタリングする取り組みが行われている．これまで効率的なモニタリングを実現するために，対象となる犯罪グループを効率的に特定する手法を研究してきた．この手法はある程度の有効性が確認されたものの，これによって取得されたグループが，真に犯罪グループであるかは，会話履歴などをもとに有識者による経験則的な基準に従って仕分けされているという課題があった．そこで本研究では，グループのURLなどを基に機械学習を用いてカード情報の売買に関与する犯罪グループを自動判定する手法を提案する．またいくつかの機械学習モデルを作成し，その性能を比較・評価する．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_18_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"In recent years, there has been an increase in the theft and fraudulent use of credit card information due to phishing attacks. The stolen credit card information is primarily traded through social networking services (SNS), and efforts have been made to monitor the criminal groups involved in these transactions as a means of deterrence. Previous research has focused on developing methods to identify target criminal groups to enable more effective and efficient monitoring. While these methods have demonstrated a certain level of effectiveness, the identified groups are currently being classified as criminals based on expert judgment and heuristics, using conversation histories and other data. To address this issue, this study proposes a method to automatically identify criminal groups involved in the trading of credit card information using machine learning, based on URLs and other related data.
