In today's society, consensus building among diverse stakeholders is an issue, and an efficient and fair decision-making process is required. Therefore, this study will develop a discussion support AI system with functions of discussion prediction, opinion extraction, and opinion supplementation, utilizing a large-scale language model (LLM). The target of the experiment is a discussion about restrictions on Internet use by youths. The purpose of the experiment is to verify the effectiveness of discussion support by participants and the AI system. 9 subjects were used in the experiment, and the results show that AI support improves the quality and efficiency of discussions, and that human and AI judgments function in a complementary manner. The results of this study demonstrate the potential for new group decision support using AI technology and contribute to improving the consensus building process in social communities.
