 note = {FemTech とは，Female（女性）と Technology（テクノロジー）からなる造語であり，生理や更年期など女性特有の悩みについて，先進的な技術を用いた製品・サービスにより対応するものであるという定義が普及している．FemTech は，市場価値としても，将来の女性活躍という観点でも注目されている分野である．一方で，ユーザのプライバシー保護とユーザのデータ利活用を両立するため，サービス提供者はプライバシーポリシーを提示し，事前にユーザの同意を取得することが必要な仕組みであると考えられる．今後利用が拡大する可能性がある FemTech アプリでは，ユーザの機微な情報を取り扱うので，関連研究でもプライバシー及びセキュリティの観点で法的整備が必要であることが指摘されている．本稿では，FemTech 分野のプライバシーポリシーを収集し，固有表現の分析を実施した．プライバシーポリシー分析結果を踏まえ，ユーザが同意の意思決定をする際の課題及び対策について議論する., FemTech is a portmanteau combining “female” and “technology.” This coined term widely refers to products or services that use advanced technology to address women’s unique concerns, such as menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause. The FemTech field is a valuable market attracting attention from the perspective of women’s active participation in business. In this field, service providers must present a privacy policy and obtain user consent in advance to protect user privacy and use user data simultaneously. Related studies have indicated that legal arrangements are necessary from a privacy and security perspective because FemTech apps, which are likely to be increasingly used in the future, handle sensitive user information. This paper collected privacy policies in the FemTech field and analyzed named entities. Based on the results of the obtained privacy policy analysis, we discuss issues related to users' consent.},
