• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 職場や学校などの場面では話しかけるタイミングがその後のコミュニケーションの質に大きく影響を及ぼす．話しかけるタイミングは自らだけでなく相手の様々な情報をもとに判断されるものであると考える，しかし，遠隔環境では話しかける判断基準となり得る相手の表情や姿勢，現在の活動が伝わらないため，電話やテキストメッセージを送るタイミングが掴めずコミュニケーションが阻害される．本研究の目的は，話しかける判断基準を明らかにし，その情報を共有することで遠隔でコミュニケーションを始める際の心理的ストレスを軽減させることである．本稿では，研究室内における話しかける行動の判断基準として「表情」「姿勢」「現在の活動」の 3 要素に着目し，アンケート調査を行なった．調査の結果，「表情」，「姿勢」，「現在の活動」の 3 要素は話しかける行動の判断基準となっていることが示唆された．さらに，その中でも「表情」，「現在の活動」の 2 要素の優先順位が高いことが示唆された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In situations such as work and school, the timing of when to talk to a person has a great influence on the quality of subsequent communication. We believe that the timing of talking to a person is determined based not only on the person's own information but also on various information about the other person. However, in a remote environment, the facial expressions, posture, and current activities of the other person, which can be used as criteria for talking to them, are not communicated, and communication is impeded because the timing for sending a phone call or text message cannot be grasped. The purpose of this study is to clarify the criteria for talking to a person, and to share this information to reduce psychological stress when initiating communication remotely. In this paper, we conducted a questionnaire survey based on the expectation that three factors, “facial expression,” “posture,” and “current activity,” would be the criteria for judging talking behavior in the laboratory. The results of the survey suggested that “facial expression,” “posture,” and “current activity” are the three criteria of talking behavior. Furthermore, it was suggested that “facial expression” and “current activity” had a high priority among these three factors.
