It has been pointed out that conversations in dark spaces such as cafes and bars are sometimes more active than those in brightly lit places, and we believe that an environment where people are less likely to feel eye contact and facial expressions facilitates the expression of opinions. In this study, we planned to conduct an experiment on the effects of brainstorming in dark spaces, because preliminary research indicates that conversations in dark spaces may have a positive effect that is not present in bright spaces.
