• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 群馬大学の 1 年次向けの授業「コンピュータネットワークとセキュリティ」の講義内容の理解を深める目的で，Jupyter Notebook を利用した講義演習環境である CoursewareHub を利用した結果を報告する．本研究で利用した CousewareHub 環境は mdx 上で動作し，その構築には NII の提供する VCP と，アプリケーションテンプレートを利用した．講義は公開鍵暗号に関する Moodle 小テストを CousewareHub を利用して回答する形で実施した．この際に取得した Jupyter Notebook の実行ログを利用し，セルの実行回数や小テストの実行時間を特徴量としたクラスタ解析を行った．小テストの結果が良好でない学生のクラスタを特定できた一方，良好な学生だけを含むクラスタを見出すことはできなかった．また，CoursewareHub を利用した学生に対するアンケート調査では，Notebook 教材は役に立ったという回答が多いという結果となった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We report the results of using CoursewareHub, a lecture exercise environment using Jupyter Notebook, for the purpose of deepening the understanding of the contents of the lecture ”Computer Networks and Security” for first-year students at Gunma University. The CousewareHub environment used in this study runs on the mdx, and the VCP and application templates provided by NII were used to construct the CousewareHub. The lecture was performed by answering a Moodle quiz on public-key cryptography using the CousewareHub. Using the Jupyter Notebook execution logs obtained at this time, a cluster analysis was conducted using the number of cell executions and the quiz execution time as features. While we were able to identify clusters of students with poor quiz results, we were unable to find clusters containing only good students. In addition, a survey of students who used the CoursewareHub showed that many responded that the Notebook materials were useful.
