AI アクセラレータ (Silicon photonics-based AI Accelerator: SPAA) は高速かつ低消費電力なニューラルネットワーク処理デバイスとして注目を集めている.SPAA をエッジ環境で利活用する場合,ハードウェアセキュリティリスクへの対策が必要不可欠である.本研究では,マッハツェンダー干渉計 (Mach-Zhender Interferometer: MZI) をベースとした SPAA に対する熱故障注入攻撃の手法を提案する.加えて,推論実行と同時に攻撃を検知する MZI ベースの SPAA に適した光ニューラルネットワークを提案する.提案する攻撃手法が可能であることを実測で示した後に,MZI への熱故障注入攻撃を模擬したシミュレーションにて,提案ネットワークが 85.2% から 95.8%
