Wireless EEG measurement has been developed, but it is difficult to measure for a long time due to the large power consumption. To solve this problem, we are considering using compressed sensing (CS) for power saving in EEG measurement. In this study, we propose a non-zero element fixed SA, which is an extension of simulated annealing (SA) for the recovery of compressed signals.
