report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8639","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"地球温暖化対策とエネルギーの安定供給の両面から,住宅の省エネルギー性能の向上を図ることは急務となっている.一方,国や地域によって気候条件が大きく異なるため,再生可能エネルギー資源やエネルギー消費構造も異なることから,地域特性に応じた適正技術の選択・開発及び最適なバランスを有するエネルギーシステムをつくることが重要課題である.日本のエネルギー消費は地域によって大きく異なり,北陸地方や中国地方の電力消費が多い都市に比べ,北海道や東北地方等の積雪寒冷地では熱供給 (暖房・除排雪) 用エネルギー (灯油) の割合が多く,住宅で莫大なエネルギーとコストを要する他,二酸化炭素の排出量も多く,住民生活水準の向上とともに,地方の特色を活かした低炭素社会と持続可能なエネルギー社会の実現が求められている.近年,快適で安心な住環境の実現に向けて経済産業省,国土交通省,環境省が連携し,住宅の省エネルギー性能の向上等を図るとともに,再生可能エネルギーの導入,エネルギー管理の徹底に努めることを促す脱炭素社会実現に資する「ZEH (ゼッチ)」の促進支援を進めている.しかしながら,積雪寒冷な環境に対する研究開発については十分に進んでいるとはいえない状況にある.AI 技術と住宅のエネルギー需給を組合せることで,住宅のエネルギー (電気と熱) 使用状況をリアルタイムで把握し,エネルギーの無駄を減らして再生可能エネルギー活用の最大化により,エネルギー管理システムの高度化が期待できる.本研究では,積雪寒冷地の住宅を対象とし,自然エネルギー (太陽光,地熱) と省エネ (燃料電池,蓄電池) を組み合わせたエネルギー需供シミュレーションモデルを構築して,年間の一次エネルギー消費量の収支がゼロとなる ZEH の構築を目的とする.具体的には,地域特性に応じて積雪寒冷地住宅のエネルギー消費と需要特性の影響と,対象住宅(世帯人数,住宅種など)を踏まえ,地中熱ヒートポンプの導入効果も予測できるシミュレーション技術を構築するとともに,住宅のエネルギー消費量をゼロにする AI 技術の開発と社会実装を目指している
