By operating entirely on the web and supporting various devices, the system achieves independence from user terminals. Furthermore, by leveraging Google Apps Script, it is possible to reduce server costs and alleviate operational burdens on the event day. Additionally, visual database management enables organizers to monitor participant information in real-time. Through practical experiments, we confirmed that efficient and low-cost operation is possible even in large-scale events, enhancing participant satisfaction. This system is expected to contribute to more efficient event management and accommodate the demands of large-scale events.},
