 note = {視覚障害者を含む多くの方々のメディアアクセシビリティー向上を目的とし，解説音声制作・配信システムの開発を進めている．本システムは解説放送サービスが困難なスポーツ中継番組を対象とし，中継映像と同期した解説音声を利用者の携帯端末へリアルタイム配信する．今回，テニス映像を解析してプレー内容や選手動作などに関する解説文を自動生成する機能を開発し，システムに実装した．被験者実験の結果から，本システムの有効性が示唆されたので報告する．, We developed a production and distribution system of audio descriptions for live tennis broadcasts. The production of some audio descriptions was automated by using image processing module, such as players/ball tracking. Users can listen to the audio descriptions via the application installed on their smartphones. In this paper, we report the experimental results of this system targeting the visually impaired regarding the basic elements required for audio descriptions services of tennis broadcasts.},
