recent years, in addition to the increase in serious natural disasters due to climate change, evacuation at home instead of at evacuation centers has been required to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection. However, the means for municipalities to understand and support evacuees at home are not yet established, making it difficult to address individual evacuees. There is also a need to respond to all evacuees, including the elderly who lack IT skills. Therefore, we have proposed a system that supports the work of local governments based on information collected through voice interactions over the phone in addition to a web application, promoting evacuation at home. Specifically, we developed a function to support deciding relief supply distribution plans.
