Our goal is to develop a system that supports eXercise Learning (x-Learning) to provide efficient learning experiences. However, the effectiveness of x-Learning remains inconclusive in the literature, with many aspects still unexplored. This study hypothesizes that the differing effects of x-Learning may be attributed to the type of physical activity, particularly the differences in body stability, and aims to identify which types of physical activities are most suitable for x-Learning. The objective is to elucidate ergonomic insights that can facilitate x-Learning. In a preliminary experiment, we quantitatively assessed body stability using a 6-axis inertial sensor and chose sitting, treadmill, cycle ergometer, and balance ball as the exercises for our experiments. The main experiment involved performing a Stroop task and an English vocabulary memorization task during each exercise. While no significant differences were observed, the results suggest that body stability may influence learning outcomes.}, pages = {1564--1575}, title = {運動時学習支援システムに向けて:身体安定度が学習効果に与える影響}, volume = {65}, year = {2024} }
