This has included initiatives such as the Federal Government and states' collaboration on public IT systems, and the enactment of the E-Government Act to promote a transparent administration using the internet, thereby advancing the digitalization of public administration and E-Government. However, Germany faces numerous challenges in the actual digitalization of its administration, including issues unique to federalism, as well as the promotion of open data and the risks associated with data processing. This presentation will examine the history of digital administration and E-Government promotion in Germany, the coordination between the federal and state governments, and the challenges they face, with the aim of drawing insights for Japan, which is currently advancing its own digital administration efforts.}, title = {ドイツにおけるデジタル行政・e-Governmentの推進とその課題からみる日本への示唆}, year = {2024} }
