The initiative seeks to strengthen digital collaboration with citizens and businesses, enhancing the provision of high-quality administrative services. This presentation will review the development of digital governance and e-Government initiatives in the EU, examining the digital policies supporting the establishment of the Digital Single Market (DSM).
