The initiative seeks to strengthen digital collaboration with citizens and businesses, enhancing the provision of high-quality administrative services. This presentation will review the development of digital governance and e-Government initiatives in the EU, examining the digital policies supporting the establishment of the Digital Single Market (DSM). Additionally, it will explore the implications of these initiatives for Japan, which is currently advancing its own digital governance efforts.},
