In this work, we propose a traceability management method for identification of risk factors by designers. We extend our former proposed informal/semi-formal hybrid notation for requirement traceability management, so that it can represent spatial model information in addition to system design information. To confirm suitability, a support tool for designers is implemented, which automatically correlates simulation in three-dimensional spatial model and impact analysis in system design diagrams.
