However, traditional social support has the drawback that it is difficult for the patient to receive support if there is no one around them to talk to, and that such social environment has a major impact on the patient. Therefore, we aim to solve this problem by developing a social support system using ChatBot. From the user's perspective, it is natural to want to talk to a ChatBot that has the same concerns as you and is on the same wavelength as you.
