 note = {関西電力株式会社では,まちづくりに関する新規事業の一環として,スマートシティ化を推進すべく,まちの変化等が人流に与える影響を分析した.具体的には,中核駅周辺やウォーターフロント等の再整備が進む神戸市三宮エリアの街なか 100 か所以上にセンサーを設置し,主要な通りの人流を 2018 年より継続的に観測してきた.三宮エリアのまちの変遷と人流を照らし合わせることで,まちのにぎわいを創出するイベントを仕掛けるべきタイミング等,まちづくりに関する一定の洞察が得られた., As part of a new project related to urban development, KEPCO analyzed the impact of changes in the city and other factors on people flow in order to promote smart city development. Specifically, sensors have been installed in more than 100 locations in the Sannomiya area of Kobe city Japan, which is undergoing redevelopment around the main station and on the waterfront, etc., to continuously observe the flow of people on major streets since 2018. By comparing the transition of the Sannomiya area with the flow of people, we were able to gain some insights into urban development, such as when to initiate events to create liveliness.},
