3 次元心筋画像から細胞構成比を計算するシステムを開発してきた．しかし解析したサンプル数がまだ少なく，一般性の検証が課題となっている．本研究では，新たなサンプルの解析とあわせて分類手法の改善を行った．また，細胞の構成比に加えて細胞の分裂度合いにも着目し，新たな指標を導入した．得られた結果には生物学的に整合性が取れる点が数多く存在しており，現在の手法の妥当性を確認することができた．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Since there are limited treatment options for severe cardiac diseases, there is a need to develop new treatment methods. To analyze the heart at the cellular level, we have developed a system to calculate cellular composition ratios from 3D myocardial images of mice. However, the number of samples analyzed is still small, and the generality of the method needs to be verified. In this study, we analyzed new samples and improved the classification method. In addition to the cell composition ratio, we also focused on the degree of cell division and introduced a new indicator.
