視覚が多くの情報を得ている室内の快適性には配色が大きく影響し，生活面でも心理的なくつろぎ感やリラックスを与える照明環境が必要であるとされている．従来は単色による効果の検証が行われているが，色に慣れて効果がなくなってしまうと考えられる．照明光色を時間とともに変化させることで，色によるリラックス効果の馴化を遅らせることを目的に研究を進めている．本発表ではリラックス状態やストレス状態の指標として心拍を用いて，心拍変動解析を行い考察する． |

It is said that color schemes have a significant impact on indoor comfort, where the sense of sight provides a lot of information, and that a lighting environment that provides a sense of psychological relaxation and relaxation is necessary in terms of daily life. Conventionally, the effect of a single color has been verified, but it is believed that people become accustomed to the color and the effect is lost. The purpose of this study is to delay the habituation to the relaxing effect of color by changing the lighting color over time. In this presentation, heart rate will be used as an indicator of relaxation and stress states, and heart rate variability analysis will be conducted and discussed． |
