• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: トピックモデルは，有用な情報（トピック）を発見する目的で，文書データなどの解析に用いられる．階層的トピックモデルは，トピックを階層的に整理でき，潜在するトピックを一般的なものから特定のものまで網羅的に知ることを可能にする．しかし，トピックモデルのパラメータ推定において，初期値を変えるとさまざまな解（モデルパラメータ）に到達するので，発見可能なトピックは多様である．したがって，出現するトピック階層も多様となる．本報告では，多様な解を異なるトピック数の下で生成し，それらの分析を通して，トピックの多様性を考慮したトピック階層の発見方法を提案する．提案では，解釈可能なトピック階層の多様性を許容しつつ，それらが十分把握できる範囲に収まることを示す．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Topic models are used to analyze document data in order to find useful information (topics). Hierarchical topic models can organize topics hierarchically, allowing a comprehensive knowledge of potential topics from the general to the specific. However, in estimating the parameters of a topic model, different solutions (model parameters) can be reached by changing the initial values, so the topics that can be found are diverse. Therefore, the topic hierarchies that emerge are also diverse. In this report, we propose a method for finding topic hierarchies that takes into account the diversity of topics obtained by generating a diverse set of solutions under different numbers of topics and analyzing them. We show that the proposed method allows for a diversity of interpretable topic hierarchies, while keeping them within a well-defined range.
