In a subscription-based VoD-type viewing service, under conditions where there are no new video registrations, there is a problem of a decrease in cache ratio due to the gradual dispersion of video viewing from the time users start viewing. This paper first designs a cache video distribution system and defines user preference categories. It then designs a viewing service model in which a series of videos in a category with a viewing bias are viewed sequentially. This study aims to improve the hit ratio based on the cache hit ratio limit in this model and evaluates the ratio through simulation experiments.
