 note = {近年，企業の非財務指標の一つとして，従業員のエンゲージメントが注目されている．ただし，アンケートを基に計測しているため，リアルタイムに把握することが困難であった．また，新たなワークプレイスの一つとして，メタバース空間が注目されており，今後メタバース空間で行う業務の種類や時間が増加すると考えられる．そこで本稿では，リアル空間よりも多種多様な情報が，簡単かつリアルタイムに取得可能である，というメタバース空間の特長に着目し，メタバース空間から取得したアバタの行動ログを基に，空間内で行われた会話に対するエンゲージメントの推定する方式を提案し，実際の業務場面で行った評価結果と合わせて報告する．, In recent years, employee engagement has attracted attention as one of the non-financial indicators of companies. However, since the measurement is based on a questionnaire, it was difficult to measure it in real time. In addition, the metaverse space is attracting attention as one of the new workplaces, and the types and times of work performed in the metaverse space are expected to increase in the future. In this paper, we focus on the feature of metaverse space that various kinds of information can be obtained easily and in real time and propose a method to measure engagement for conversations in the space based on avatar's action log obtained from metaverse space and report it together with the evaluation results conducted in actual business situations.},
