To mitigate this load, a mechanism has been proposed that treats user’s mobile devices as cache servers and utilizes Device-to-Device (D2D) communication to access contents. In this context, our group previously proposed two congestion treatment mechanisms; the first one predicts increase and decrease trend of the number of accesses to the base station, and the second one controls transmission data size by dynamically varying the content quality according to the number of connections to the base station. This paper proposes a scheme to improve prediction of access tendency for the mobile CDN and shows its effect based on simulation experiments.
