Batch Bitmap Update enables simultaneous bitmap updates across cores, similar to Caracal's batch append, but with better concurrency and reduced overhead. The Reference Counter analyzes the number of read operations during the initialization phase for applying NWR to eliminate unnecessary append of pending versions produced by blind write.
