• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本論文では，ギター演奏支援装置「F-Ready」の押圧カバーの改良について述べる．脳性麻痺の方が F-Ready を使用する際，端の 1 フレットで押弦できない問題があった．その原因は手首の拘縮により装置に手を水平に維持することや握力低下による力不足であると考えられる．親指は把持動作で支点として機能することが多いため，手が装置から離れず母指対立筋が働くように親指を引っ掛ける形状の鉄棒握り型カバーを改良した．また，拘縮が強い方のために親指置き型カバーも提案した．脳性麻痺の被験者 4 人に対して改良前後のカバーで押圧成功率を調査した結果，平均押弦成功率が向上した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this paper, we describe the improvement of the pressing cover of the guitar playing support device ”F-Ready”. When a person with cerebral palsy used F-Ready, there was a problem that they could not press the strings at the first fret on the edge. The cause is thought to be due to the difficulty in maintaining the hand horizontally on the device due to wrist contracture and lack of strength due to decreased grip strength. Since the thumb often functions as a fulcrum in gripping movements, we improved the design to a bar grip type cover that hooks the thumb so that the hand does not leave the device and the thenar muscles work. Additionally, for those with severe contracture, we also proposed a thumb rest type cover. As a result of investigating the success rate of pressing before and after the improvement with four subjects with cerebral palsy, the average string pressing success rate improved.
