TFHE (Torus Fully Homomorphic Encryption) と確率的計算を組み合わせた確率的暗号化状態処理手法について述べる.特に,確率的計算により暗号化状態での処理の並列化が可能となることに着目し,その計算時間を削減する手法について述べる.まず,簡易なニューラルネットワーク回路による推論を確率的暗号化状態で評価する実験を通して,確率的計算では計算結果に誤差が生じても推論結果を維持しつつ,計算時間を CPU 実装および GPU 実装で 16 倍程度高速化できる可能性があることを示す.また,従来の 2
