 note = {鳥取大学では，2023 年度より全ての教職員に対して，情報セキュリティリテラシ教育の一環として情報システム利用の資格審査を課した．資格審査としては，情報システムを利用する上で必要となる最低限の情報セキュリティに関する知識に関する小テストを課した．そして，資格審査で適格，すなわち，小テストに合格するまでの締切日を設定した．締切日 1 ヶ月前に適格ではない者へはユーザ認証時に小テストの受験を促し，締切日以降はユーザ認証時に強制的に小テストの受験ページへ誘導することとした．本稿では，これらの資格審査の設計と資格審査が与える利用者への負担などについて議論する．, In Tottori University, all faculty members are required to pass a qualification examination for the use of information systems as a part of information security education from the fiscal year 2023. As the qualification screening, a quiz on the minimum knowledge of information security required to use the information system was imposed. We then set a deadline for the applicants to qualify, i.e., to pass the quiz. Those who were not qualified one month before the deadline were encouraged to take the quiz at the time of user authentication. Those who were not qualified even after the deadline were forcely redirected to the quiz page at the time of user authentication. In this paper, we discuss the design of these qualification tests and the burden they impose on users.},
