• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 国勢統計の課題に，調査から公表までに時間がかかるという問題がある．例えば，令和 2 年の大規模国勢調査においては，人口等基本集計は令和 3 年 11 月 30 日，従業地・通学地による人口・就業状態等集計 は，令和 4 年 7 月 22 日に公表されている．一方，携帯電話事業者が通信サービスを実現するために取得している位置登録情報をリアルタイムに統計化することで，より柔軟な推定人口を算出することが可能である．本稿では，推定夜間滞在地と推定昼間滞在地，現在地を用いて，各都道府県や市区町村の特定時刻における推定人口を 4 象限に分割した推定人口計算手法を提案する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: There is a problem with the national census, which is that it takes time from the survey to the publication. For example, in the large-scale census carried out in 2020, the basic aggregation of population and other factors was published on November 30th 2021, and the aggregation of population and employment status by workplace and school commuting area was published on July 22nd 2022. On the other hand, by statistically analyzing the location registration information obtained by mobile phone operators in real-time in order to provide communication services, it is possible to calculate a more flexible estimated population. In this article, we propose a method for calculating the estimated population divided into four quadrants at a specific time in each prefecture, city, and town, using estimated nighttime and daytime locations, as well as current locations.
