• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 心拍数から運動強度を把握することでアスリートのトレーニング量を推定することができる．近年ウェアラブルデバイスの普及により運動時の心拍数把握がより容易になってきており，指輪型のウェアラブルデバイスも市場に出回っている．そこで本研究では OURA ring と Apple Watch を用い，サイクリング時における心拍数の精度検証することを目的とした．サイクリング中に Apple Watch Series6，OURA ring Gen3 を装着した．これらデバイスの心拍数精度を検証するために，Polar H10 を胸に装着した．Polar H10 と OURA ring，Apple Watch の心拍数測定値を比較検討した．Apple watch による心拍数測定は先行研究通り高い精度であった．OURA ring による心拍数測定は Apple Watch ほど精度は高くなかった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: By understanding exercise intensity from heart rate, it is possible to estimate the training load of athletes. In recent years, the spread of wearable devices has made it easier to monitor heart rate during exercises, and ring-type wearable devices are also available on the market. Therefore, this study aimed to verify the accuracy of heart rate measurements during cycling using the OURA ring and the Apple Watch. During cycling, the Apple Watch Series 6 and the OURA Ring Gen 3 were worn. To verify the heart rate accuracy of these devices, the Polar H10 was worn on the chest. The heart rate measurements from the Polar H10 were compared with those from the OURA Ring and the Apple Watch. As previous studies indicated, the heart rate measurement by the Apple Watch was highly accurate. The heart rate measurement by the OURA Ring was not as accurate as the Apple Watch.
